Jing from TechSmith is a great screencasting tool! You can get a free download for Mac or PC's. It downloads right to your computer and you can begin using it right away. I attached a movie below to a quick screencasting tutorial I created for another online resource. This can be very helpful for students or as professional development.

Piktochart is another fun way for students to present information. This tool is also free but you can pay to use more of the templates and layouts. Students can present any information using already made templates. They can upload pictures, add text, and add graphics.

Random Picker is a fun and interactive way to engage your classroom in turn taking games. This is basically an online spinner where you can input students names. Once the spinner is clicked it will randomly select a name. This is a great alternative for students with limited mobility. It takes less motion to click a mouse/touch a smart board than it would to try and spin a manual spinner.
