Screencastify is a free Google Chrome extension that can be downloaded in the Google Chrome Store. This is a great tool that can allow students to screencast their work on the computer. For example they can create a Google Slides presentation and use the screencastify extension to add audio in the presentation or create a Google Drawing and use the extension to describe/tell a story about the picture.
This blog has a variety of different app lists. Apps for communication, writing, reading, functional life skills, etc. There are lists featuring Google Chrome apps/extensions.
